pPerhaps it's appropriate that, as the East Coast braces for Hurricane Irene this weekend, Rihanna releases her new music video for "Cheers (Drink To That)," a breezy, tribal party-rock song that samples Avril Lavigne's "I'm With You" and serves up a nostalgic toast to summer. We see behind-the-scenes shots of sailing, drinking coconuts and clinking cups of what looks suspiciously like Kool Aid. Not that it's keeping us from Cheering, and Drinking To That, though -- especially not on this weekend./p
